Manufacturing procedure including washing, drying, sorting and packing stages

The raisin bought from farmers is stored in special depots. In the first stage of washing process the raisin is transferred to first screen by a spiral machinery in which it takes its pre-washing stage, too. After passing the screen and separately bunches and sticked raisins by water and screen, it is transferred to the first special plant through which its stones are separated and then they move to the second special plant in which the stones are separated completely. In the next stage raisins are gathered in baskets in order to be rinsed and then they remove to the drying system. In this stage raisins are dried until they reach to the standard degree of moisture.

After this stage they leave drying tunnels and enter to the other saloons for cooling. Here after, the sorting stage is started as following:

Raisins are entered to particular machinery after mixing with a eatable food oil, for getting their cop stems and then they pass through different screens with different size (the size of screens depend on the kind of raisin and also customer's demands) in order to be sorted from stalks, cop stems and immature berries. Then they are transferred to the hand sorting section which is done by workers to be sorted respecting damaged, mouldy, mechanically damaged, calamity, sugarized, infection, seedy and infection berries and also stones and sands. For supper and completely sorting they can be sorted again by workers in individual tables (depend on customer's request) at the end they are packed in 5, 10 or 12.5 kg cartoons or wooden boxes (Customer's request).

All of these stages accomplished under the control and supervisory of quality control engineer who tests the samples, of raisins in the laboratory from the point of view of chemical and microbic materials.

Regarding the high quality of produced and exported products, this company has got the standards certificate for exporting products from Iran Institute of Standards and Industrial Researches for each of produced or exported products, for each of produced or exported products, certificate of analyses and specification is issued as the following sample:
