Quality, Food Safety and Health Policy

Tak-E Khooshe Tala Company

At Tak-E Khooshe Tala As Co., we undertake to comply with our policy while producing high quality, delicious, healthy and reliable products using advanced technologies in all production areas related to the production, packaging, storage and shipment of Dried Fruits in which we carry out our activities.

  1. To produce products in accordance with the relevant national and international current legislation, circulars and/or laws, Quality and Food Safety Standards, production conditions and health rules in all processes from product acceptance to final product shipment.
  2. To produce products that are in accordance with the declaration and the original (authenticity).
  3. To consider current Food Safety risks (Physical, Chemical, Microbiological, Allergen, GMO, Authenticity, etc.) in the world and to produce products by taking the necessary precautions according to risk assessments.
  4. To ensure the conditions of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices.
  5. To continuously increase business efficiency by following technological developments.
  6. To fulfill all requirements to ensure continuous improvement and development of the Quality and Food Safety Management System and to increase its effectiveness.
  7. To make food safety a culture and maintain this culture in all processes.
  8. To ensure that our employees are aware of the requirements of the Quality and Food and Food Safety Management System through training and to encourage them to contribute to the development of the system with this awareness.
  9. To analyze the risks and opportunities related to our activities, to continuously improve the performance of our processes accordingly, to establish targets in this direction and to provide the necessary resources, in accordance with the requirements of the Quality and Food Safety Management System standards.
  10. To produce and offer to customers defined and measurable quality criteria products that are free of any physical, chemical or microbiological contamination and that will not endanger human health.
  11. To ensure good production, good hygiene practices and appropriate environmental conditions.
  12. To continuously improve, develop and increase the effectiveness of the Food Safety Management System, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and continue our leadership in the sector.
  13. To adopt and implement an educated and conscious personnel approach at all levels, and to carry out continuous training activities to increase the knowledge and skill levels of the personnel.
  14. To establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers, customers and relevant units in the food chain on food safety-related issues.
